The Beginning
A Problem Worth Solving
Execuget was born out of a simple but powerful frustration: Kenya produces world-class talent — yet the pathways connecting them to high-growth GCC markets were fragmented, opaque, and often exploitative.
Our founders witnessed firsthand the gap between what Kenyan workers could offer and what they were receiving in return. Employers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar were struggling to find reliable, pre-vetted talent while candidates navigated a maze of unregulated brokers.
So we built something different. A company that treats recruitment as a responsibility, not just a transaction — one that invests in candidates before deployment and stands behind every placement after.
