A New Pathway for Kenyan Tech Talent

The Kenya-UAE CEPA agreement opened a direct pathway for skilled Kenyan professionals to work in the UAE without the traditional visa barriers. DevBridge was built specifically to activate this pathway for the technology sector.

The Selection Process

Over 400 developers applied for the inaugural cohort. Candidates were assessed on technical skills (full-stack, cloud, AI), English proficiency, and cultural adaptability. 12 were selected for the first cohort.

90 Days to Deployment

Each developer went through a 6-week intensive preparation programme covering UAE workplace culture, technical upskilling in cloud platforms, and professional English. All 12 secured roles at Dubai-based tech companies within 90 days of selection.
