A Farm Helper / General Worker provides support in day-to-day farm operations

including planting

harvesting

feeding animals

and maintaining farm equipment and facilities. This role requires physical stamina

adaptability

and a willingness to perform varied manual tasks essential to farm productivity

Responsibilities

• Crop Cultivation: Assist with planting
• watering
• weeding
• fertilizing
• and harvesting crops.
• Animal Care: Feed livestock
• clean pens
• assist with breeding
• and monitor animal health under supervision
• Farm Maintenance: Repair fences
• maintain irrigation systems
• clean barns
• and ensure general farm cleanliness
• Equipment Handling: Operate basic farm machinery and tools (tractors
• hoes
• watering systems) safely
• Loading & Transport: Load/unload farm produce and materials; assist in storing crops or feed.
• General Labor: Perform manual tasks such as digging
• lifting
• carrying
• and clearing fields.
• Safety Compliance: Follow farm safety rules and use protective equipment where required
