The Painter is responsible for preparing

and finishing interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures. The role involves maintaining high-quality standards

ensuring color accuracy

and adhering to safety procedures throughout all painting projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply paints
• varnishes
• stains
• and coatings using brushes
• rollers
• or spray equipment
• Repair cracks
• holes
• and other surface imperfections before painting.
• Protect furniture
• floors
• and adjacent surfaces using drop cloths or masking tape.
• Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage
• smoothness
• and color consistency.
• Follow safety standards when handling paints
• thinners
• and related chemicals.
